摘 要:为了探讨成人呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的发病机理,为临床治疗ARDS寻找新的途径,给大鼠尾静脉注射油酸,制备ARDS动物模型。在注射后不同时间对动物血浆、肺灌洗液(BALF)和肺组织中的血小板激活因子(PAF)活性进行测定,并与肺病理变化进行对照分析。结果发现,ARDS动物模型肺循环内存在着高凝状态,BALF和肺组织中PAF活性明显增加。实验结果表明,PAF可能是参与ARDS发病的重要介质,肺循环高凝状态是ARDS发病中的关键环节之一。提示,使用能阻断PAF作用或能改善微循环状态的药物,在ARDS的治疗中有可能产生良好的效果。For exploring the pathogenesis of adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), and finding out new ways for treatment on ARDS, the activity of platelet acti vatingf actor (PAF) in plasma, lung and bronchoalveolar lavage fouid(BALF)of ARDS rats induced by oleic acid were measured,and the pathological changes in lung were also lbserved at the same time. The results showed that there was a hypercoagulation state in pulmonary circulation in ARDS rats and that the activity of PAF in lung and BALF was also obviously increased. It is suggested that PAF might be an important mediator inthe pathogenesis of ARDS; the hypercoagulation state in pulmonary circulation might be one of the key links in the pathogenesis of ARDS,and the drugs which could inhibit the activity of PAF or improve pulmonary microcirculation,might have good therapeutic effect on ARDS.
