摘　　要：随着多年研究的进展,人们对自噬分子机制和形态特点的了解逐渐深入。自噬现象受到了越来越多的重视。无论是自噬过度还是自噬不足都可能导致各种疾病的发生。本文就视网膜病变中自噬作用的研究进展作一综述。With the progression of autophagy research for many years,understanding of its molecular mechanism and morphology is gradually deepened. Autophagy has been more concerned. Whether autophagy or lack,it can lead to the occurrence of various diseases. This article reviews the research progression on autophagy in retinal lesions.
