摘  要:目的建立当归保肝胶囊的质量标准。方法以薄层色谱法和紫外一可见分光光度法对当归保肝胶囊中的阿魏酸进行定性鉴别,以分光光度法对当归保肝胶囊中的当归多糖进行定性鉴别,以高效液相色谱法测定当归保肝胶囊中阿魏酸的含量,以苯酚一硫酸法对当归保肝胶囊中的当归多糖进行定量测定。结果阿魏酸薄层色潜图谱斑点清晰,分离度好,阿魏酸在315±5 nm波长处有最大吸收;当归多糖在490士10 nm波长处有最大吸收,阿魏酸在1.08~25.92μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为100.2%,RSD=1.07%;当归多糖在0.03~0.055 mg/mL浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=1.13%。结论质量标准可用于当归保肝胶囊的质量控制,Objective To establish the quality standard of Danggui Baogan capsules. Methods Ferulic acid in Danggui Baogan capsules were qualitatively identified by TLC (thin-layer chromatography) and ultraviolet spectrophotometry respectively, and angelica sinensis polysaccharide in this preparation was qualitatively identified with the spectrophotometry. The content of ferulic acid in this capsules were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The angelica sinensis polysaccharide in Danggui Baogan capsules were quantitatively measured with the phenol-sulfuric acid method. Results TLC finding of ferulic acid was clearwith better separating degree. Ferulic acid had a maximum absorption at the wavelength of 315± 5 nm. The maximum absorption wavelength of angelica sinensis polysaccharide was 490±10 nm. Ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship at the concentration range within 1.08 to 25.92 pg/mL (r=0.999 9) with an average recovery rate of 100.2% (RSD = 1.07%). Angelica polysaccharides presented a good linear relationship at the concentration range within 0.03-0.055 mg/mL (r=0.999 5) with an average recovery rate of 99.7% (RSD = 1.13%). Conclusion The standard is suitable for the quality control of Danggui Baogan capsules.
