摘  要:猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌细胞分裂的形态利用扫描电镜进行观察。根据文献报道收集细菌细胞分裂体形成的相关基因信息;应用BLAST、Smart和Pfam软件和GenBank中的有关序列,分析参与猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌分裂体形成相关基因;根据GenBank中已报道的DNA序列设计Fts基因家族基因的引物,以App血清1型基因组为模板经PCR扩增有关基因片段并测序,再通过序列比对进行同源性分析。结果,猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌细胞分裂主要发生在细胞中部,参与分裂体形成的相关基因有24种,其中Fts家族基因包括FtsZ,FtsB、FtsL、FtsH、FtsW、ZipA、FtsE、FtsX、FtsQ和FtsA共10种,这些基因在不同的血清型有很高的同源性。但未发现与FtsZ聚合相关的MinC、MinD和MinE。结果表明,猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌的细胞分裂主要发生在细胞中部,分裂体形成机制与其他细菌存在差异。The morphology of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae(App) cell division was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The information about bacterial cell divisome formation-related genes was collected from literatures. The divisome formation-related genes in App genomes were analysed and determined using BLAST, Smart and Pfam software based on sequences of GenBank. According to DNA se- quences in GenBank, the primers for Fts family genes in App genomes were designed. Fts family genes were amplified by PCR using genome of App set I, sequenced and subsequently analysed by BLAST software. Re- sults showed that the site of cell division occured mainly in the middle of the App cells. The 24 divi- some formation-related genes were present in App genomes. The genes FtsZ, FtsB, FtsL, FtsW, ZipA, FtsE, FtsX, FtsQ, FtsH and FtsAwere amplified. The nucleotide and amino acid sequences of these genes were highly homologous from different App serum types. The FtsZpolymerization-related genes Ming,MinD and Mine were not found. From above, it was concluded that App divisome formation revealed some special mechanisms compared with other bacteria.
