摘　　要：学校文化是凝聚和激励学校全体成员的精神力量,是深化学校内涵发展的现实前提和重要环节,也是学校内涵发展的强大动力。学校内涵发展将为学校开展文化建设指明方向、内容和重点,有力促进整个学校文化系统的形成,乃至教育质量和效益的提高。It is a must to take the advantage of the utilitarian value of the cultural construction in order to realize the dialectic relation between the construction of culture and the development of connotation during the process of the comprehensive, balanced and scientific advancement of middle schools and elementary schools.
