带式输送机节能调速控制系统设计

摘　　要：分析了影响带式输送机功率的因素,针对带式输送机运量的不确定性,采用模糊控制理论设计了带式输送机控制系统,并用MATLAB进行了仿真,实现了该系统的带速调节,同时利用Labwindows/CVI编制带式输送机监控软件,为带式输送机的节能提供了参考。The factors affecting the power of belt conveyor are analyzed, in view of the uncertainty of the belt conveyor,the belt conveyor control system is designed by using fuzzy control theory,and simulated by MATLAB,the system is realized with speed regulation. At the same time using Labwindows/ CVI software compiled a belt conveyor monitoring, which provides a reference for the energy-saving of belt conveyor.
