摘　　要：高校体育教学对于学生体育技能的发展和身体素质的提高具有重要的推动作用。教师在教学过程中,要积极与学生进行交流,切实了解学生的需求,增加学生间的互动,从而达到良好的教学效果。College Physical Education is an integrated program for the development of sports and physical fitness to improve students＇ skills play an important role in promoting. Teachers in the teaching process, to actively communicate with students, practical understanding of the needs of students, increase interaction between students, so as to achieve good teaching results.
