社会支持对脑卒中患者创伤后成长的影响

摘　　要：目的研究社会支持对脑卒中患者创伤后成长的影响,为脑卒中患者的心理康复提供依据。方法 2013年12月—2014年10月收集在唐山市工人医院、人民医院神经内科住院的脑卒中患者428例,采用一般资料调查表、创伤后成长量表、社会支持量表进行调查。结果 428例脑卒中患者创伤后成长得分为(53.85±8.921)分,社会支持处于中、高程度的患者占全部的75.70%。社会支持低的患者创伤后成长得分较低,社会支持高的患者创伤后成长得分较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),社会支持低的脑卒中患者创伤后成长中的各维度得分均低于社会支持高者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者创伤后成长水平处于中等水平,社会支持对脑卒中患者创伤后成长的各维度及总分均有影响,社会支持程度越高,脑卒中患者创伤后成长越高。Objective To investigate the influence on social support in patients with stroke, and to provide basis for the psychological rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods A tatol of 428 samples were selected from second neurology wards of authors hospital from December 2013 to October 2014. The general information questionnaire, post--traumatic growth scale, social support scale were used to investigate. Results The post traumatic growth score was 53.85±8. 921, 75. 70% patients with social support were in the middle and high level. The low the social supports they gain, the low post traumatic growth scores they have; The high the social supports they gain, the high post traumatic growth scores they have, the difference was statistically significant. The post trauma growth score on the stroke patients with low social supports were lower than the post trauma growth score on the stroke patients with high social supports, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The post traumatic growth score in patients with stroke is at the middle levels. The social supports have effects on the post- traumatic growth with dimensions and total scores on .stork patients, the more the social supports they gain, the higher post traumatic growth scores they have.
