摘 要:根据中心组合设计原理,采用响应面分析法,以牛蒡苷元的提取率为响应变量,提取温度、乙醇浓度以及料液比为自变量,对牛蒡子酸水解后粉末中牛蒡苷元的超声提取工艺进行优化。得到的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度52.8℃、乙醇浓度80%、料液比40 m L/g,在此条件下重复3次,牛蒡苷元得率可达11.01%,与模型预测值10.86%接近。The ultrasonic -assisted extraction was investigated as an alternative technology for the extraction of arctigenin from the hydrolyzed powder of Fructus Arctii. The experimental parameters were optimized by a central composite design, including extraction temperature, ethanol concentration and solvent to solid ratio. The optimum conditions were as follows: temperature of 52.8 ℃, ethanol concentration of 80 % and solvent to solid ratio of 40 mL/g. Under these conditions, the arctigenin extraction yield was up to 11.01% in the triplicate experiments, well agreed with the predicted yield of 10.86%.
