摘　　要：文章以阿司匹林原料药的生产为实例,模拟制药企业的生产管理模式,严格按照工艺规程进行生产操作,关键工序采取分组讨论的实践教学形式,建立一套综合实训教学课程体系,培养学生的实践能力、质量管理能力及进入企业后的角色转换。This article takes the pilot production raw materials of aspirin for example, simulating production management mode of the pharmaceutical enterprise, strictly observing technical procedure to operate, and adopting the practical teaching form of group discussion in key process. We try to establish a comprehensive training curriculum system, aiming at developing students＇ practical ability, quality management, and the capacity of role changes into enterprises.
