摘 要:探讨了快速酸浸提石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定粮食谷物制品中镉的方法。将过60目筛制得的粮食谷物样品,用体积分数为0.5%的硝酸溶液浸提,充分摇匀后离心,取上清液上机进样,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定镉含量。试验采用快速酸浸提法对国家标准物质大米进行检测,测定平均值为196μg/kg,检测结果在标准值范围内,粮食谷物样品测得的结果比微波消解法测得结果略低一些。作为一种快速检测方法,酸浸提具有无需消解、方便快速、节约成本、结果可靠等优点,可应用于粮食谷物制品中镉的快速检测。A rapid determination method of cadmium in grain products by acid leaching graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was studied. Passing 60 meshes,grain products were directly diluted with 0. 5% nitric acid solution and shaken well. After the supernatant of the grain products water sample was centrifuged,it could be directly used to determine cadmium by GF-AAS. The rapid acid extraction method was used to detect the national standard material of rice, and the average test value was 196 μg/kg,whieh was within the standard range, the grain sample test results was slightly lower than microwave digestion measured results. This method was characterized by no digestion process, rapid and convenient procedure, cost savings and reliable result. It can be widely used to determine cadmium quickly in the grain products.
