摘　　要：针对造纸行业中卫生纸机环境污染严重等问题,介绍了一种基于可调热泵的烘缸供汽/气罩干燥热力系统的协同控制方案。并以一个卫生纸机实际生产工艺条件为案例,详细地对系统中的耗热量、耗汽量、蒸汽管径进行了热平衡计算,以此说明新的蒸汽冷凝水系统具有可观的节能效益。Aiming at toilet paper machine in papermaking industry of high steam consumption, it introduced a kind of coordinated control scheme based on an adjustable heat for the steam dryer / hood drying thermodynamic system. In the case of a tissue machine actual production conditions, the detailed thermal balance calculation was made for the system, including heat consumption, steam consumption and steam pipe diameter, to illustrate the new steam condensate system with considerable energy saving efficiency.
