摘  要:研究了猪血血红蛋白经酶解制备的多肽-Fe对小鼠体内抗氧化作用,分别测定血清中的ALT,AST,肝脏中的GSH-Px,蛋白质,SOD,MDA。结果表明,多肽-Fe可以降低由于肝脏损伤而引起的血清中AST和ALT含量的升高,同时可抑制肝脏中GSH-Px活力降低,很好地抑制小鼠肝组织中MDA的形成及肝损伤后SOD代偿性升高。HE染色结果表明,多肽-Fe可在一定程度上改善CCl4造成的肝损伤。To study the antioxidant effect in vivo of Polypeptide-Fe from Hemoglobin by enzymatic hydrolysis on mice. Contents of alanine transaminase(ALT) and aspartate transaminase(AST) in serum,and enzyme activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondiadehyde(MDA) and protein in liver are measured. The followings are results. Polypeptide-Fe can reduce the contents of ALT and AST which will rise after the liver damage,can inhibit the GSH-Px activity decrease,can significantly inhibit the formation of MDA in liver and the activities of SOD compensatorily increased in liver. HE dyed results show that Polypeptide-Fe has a certain improvement on liver injury.
