摘　　要：以国内190家模块承接商为实证样本,探索技术集成能力对模块增量式、突变式创新绩效的影响以及模块可降解性、市场互补资产与人力互补资产的调节效应。层级回归结果表明:技术集成能力提升两类创新绩效,且模块可降解性、市场互补资产以及人力互补资产在两类创新实现路径上皆存在显著正向调节效应。Taking market complementary assets, human resource complementary assets, module biodegradability as modera- tors, based on the data collected from 190 module suppliers, this paper empirically tests the impact of technology integration capability on incremental and radical module innovation performance. Hierarchical regression conclusions show that, tech- nology integration capability is significantly positive related to both the two types of module innovation performance ; all mod- erators show significant positive moderating effect in the linkages between supplier＇s technology integration capability and its related two types of module innovation performance.
