摘　　要：目的:基于围绝经期抑郁症中医、西医临床病症特点分析现有的动物模型。方法:分析国内外已有文献,对现有动物模型与临床病症的吻合情况进行分析探讨,提出围绝经期抑郁动物模型的评价思路及改进方法。结果:目前围绝经期抑郁症动物模型制备方法较少,为动物模型确立合理的量化标准是围绝经期抑郁症动物模型的发展方向。结论:现有的围绝经期抑郁症动物模型应根据临床病症特点进行完善。Objective： To analyze the existing animal models of perimenopausal depression based on clinical features of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods： The literatures of recently years at home and abroad were consulted, then the analysis on coincidence of the characteristics of clinical symptoms with the existing animal models was carried out, and the corresponding improved methods and thoughts for perimenopausal depression animal models were put forward. Results： The methods to copy perimenopausal depression animal model were less. To establish a reasonable quantitative standard for perimenopausal depression animal model was the directions for further study. Conclusion： Animal model of perimenopausal depression could be perfected, further improvements should be based on the patients＇ clinical symptoms and indicators.
