日本《和韩医话》所载笔谈医学史料之所见

摘　　要：日本国立公文书馆内阁文库藏有山口忠居所著《和韩医话》一书。原书记述了江户宝历十四年(公元1764年),日本尾张(现名古屋)医家山口忠居与朝鲜通信使者笔谈的经过。双方围绕中医古籍、临床疾病治疗及药物人参等内容都有详细记述,其中涉及了大量的医学史料。通过研究原书内容,可以真实、生动地了解日本和朝鲜医家之间的笔谈情况,同时也为研究江户时期日朝间医学交流史提供了珍贵史料。Hehan Yihua（Dialogs between two countries in the east with pen）, written by Yamaguchi Tadayori, was kept in the Japan National Cabinet Document Library. The book recorded the process by association and interaction between Yamaguchi Tadayori and Korean envoys in detail. The Chinese medical books, diagnosis and treatment of diseases, medicine ginseng were described in detail in this book, which involved a lot of historical materials of medicine. Through the study of this book, the real and vivid medical exchanges between Japan and Korea could be presented which provided a valuable historical material for the study of the medical history between two countries in the Edo period.
