OEC管理在住院精神分裂症患者中的应用及效果

摘　　要：目的探讨OEC管理模式应用于住院精神分裂症患者的护理效果。方法选取2013年10月至2015年9月120例在我院入院的精神分裂症患者,2013年10月至2014年9月入院的患者护理采用常规方式,记为对照组;2014年10月至2015年9月则成立专门OEC管理小组,采用OEC管理模式对患者进行护理,记为观察组。每组60例。统计两阶段服务期间护理人员护理质量、病患病情及护理人员自身满意度等方面情况。结果两组护理质量的各项指标评分比较,观察组得分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过简明精神病量表(BPRS)的调查,观察组管理完成后病情严重性明显轻于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);对于护理人员自身满意度的评分,观察组工作本身、人际关系、工作条件和发展机会等各个方面得分相比对照组均更高,两组差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用OEC管理指导临床实践对精神科的护理质量有较大提升,且住院精神分裂症患者的病情有较大的改善,应用效果较好。Objective To discuss the application effect of OEC management model in nursing of schizophrenic inpatients. Methods 120 schizophrenias from October 2013 to September 2015 in our hospital were selected. Patients who were admitted from October 2013 to September 2014 were in control group and treated with routine nursing. Patients who were admitted from October 2014 to September 2015 were in treatment group and treated with OEC management nursing. There were 60 cases in each group. Collected relevant data including nursing quality, patients＂ condition, nurse satisfaction and so on. Results The nursing quality score of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group with statistically significant difference （p〈0.05）. Through Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS） survey, the severity of patient＇s condition in treatment group was significantly better than control group with significant difference （p〈0.05）. Scores of nurses own satisfaction, the work itself, interpersonal relations, working conditions and development opportunities in treatment group was higher than control group with statistically significant difference （p〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of OEC management guidance in clinical practice is conductive to improving nursing quality and schizophrenic patient＇s condition in psychiatric department. It has a good application effect.
