摘　　要：背景:病例报告在发现新病例、罕见病、新治疗方法和非预期不良反应,探究发病机制,以及医学教育中有着重要的作用。Purtscher视网膜病变,是一种罕见病。病例报告是当前研究该疾病的重要途径。目的:运用病例报告的国际报告标准来评价远达性视网膜病变病例报告的报告质量。方法:检索PubMed、EMBASE、Web of Science、CNKI、CBM、VIP和万方数据库中发表的关于远达性视网膜病变的病例报告。由6名研究者分3组根据纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献和提取资料。参考病例报告的国际报告标准的23个条目依次对纳入的病例报告质量进行评价。结果:共纳入76篇(包含98个病例)病例报告。报告较好的条目有临床发现(条目6)、诊断方法和依据(条目8a和8c)、随访和结局(条目10)以及对病例的讨论(条目11)。没有一篇病例报告满足所有报告条目,41%的病例报告没有在题目中说明病例报告的信息(条目1);62%的病例报告对干预措施的频次、剂量和强度信息报告不充分(条目9);67%的病例报告没有报告关键词(条目2);超过70%的病例报告没有将文章的关键信息在摘要中充分报告(3a,3b和3c);90%的病例报告没有对患者的诊断进行评估(条目8b和8d)。结论:当前远达性视网膜病变的报告质量亟待提高,且中文和英文语种病例报告的报告质量差异不大。需要采取更多的措施来改善病例报告的报告质量。Background： Case reports（CRs）play an important role in finding new cases, rare diseases, new therapies and unanticipated adverse events, also exploring pathogenesis, and medicine education.Purtscher＇s retinopathy is a rare disease. Case report is an important method for studying the disease. Objectives： In this study we sought to assess the quality of CRs about Purtscher＇s retinopathy by international reporting standards. Methods： Such databases as PubMed/Medline, EMBASE, Web of Science; CNKI, CBM, VIP and WANFANG were electronically searched. CRs about Purtscher＇s retinopathy were included. Six researchers were divided into three groups. According to inclusive and exclusive criteria, they screened literature and extracted data. We assessed the quality of included CRs in turns referring to the 23 items of international reporting standards. Results： A total of 76 CRs（which include 98 cases）were included. Of the 23 items of international reporting standard, clinical findings（item 6）, diagnostic method and diagnostic basis（item 8a and item 8c）, follow-up and outcome（item 10）and case discussion（item I 1）were adequately reported well. Of the 76 CRs, none provided the information of all the 23 items; 41% of CRs didn＇t report CRs-related information in the title（item 1）; 62% of CRs didn＇t adequately report the details of intervention providing（frequency, dose and course of treatment）（item 9）; 67% of CRs didn＇t report keywords（item 2）; over 70% of CRs didn＇t adequately report key points in the abstract（item 3a,3b,3c）; 90% of CRs didn＇t assess the diagnosis（item 8b,8d）. Conclusion： It＇s urgent to improve the report quality of CRs about Purtscher＇s retinopathy, currently. And the difference in report quality between Chinese and English CRs is not obvious. More measures should be taken to improve the report quality of CRs.
