学生教学信息员制度及研究述评

摘　　要：围绕学生教学信息员制度在大学存在的制度缘起、法理依据、现状与困境等几个重大问题,对学生教学信息员制度及其研究进行述评,认为学生教学信息员制度是大学内部治理体系不可或缺的重要构件,其在大学的存在与发展具有一系列法理依据。当前的学生教学信息员制度建设正面临处境尴尬、素质能力欠缺、教学信息价值缺失和考评及激励机制缺失四大困境,作为教育机构的大学有责任和义务维护并支持这项制度的建设与发展。Revolving around the vital topics like institution origin, legal basis, status quo and plight, this paper gives a review of institution on teaching information provided by students and its researches. On the basis of review and relative analyses, we see the institution on teaching information is indispensable to internal control system of an university, the institution has series of legal bases existing in an university and such an institution is facing with plights like awkward situation, lack of capability, missing value of teaching information and lack of evaluation＆amp;incentive mechanism etc. Universities are also supposed to support and maintain this institution since they are essentially educational institutions.
