摘　　要：今天的汽车工业,人类对汽车的安全性能、节油性能等提出了更为严格的要求。因而,提升板金材料性能和车身轻量化,就成为今天汽车工业的主题;现在的汽车车身中,高强度钢板已经得到大力推广和普及。针对汽车覆盖件冲压模具来讲,为保证汽车覆盖件的冲压品质,就必须有效控制压边力。本文详细阐述了氮气弹簧储气罐系统,是如何保障汽车覆盖件冲压过程中的压边力的小幅稳定增加,即实现较小的增压比,保障冲压生产的覆盖件起皱和拉裂现象的有效控制的系统设计与具体应用。Today＇s automobile industry, people on vehicle safety, fuel saving performance puts forward more strict requirements. Thus, to improve the sheet metal material properties and lightweight body, has become the topic of today＇s automotive industry; now the car body, high strength steel has been vigorously promotion and popularization. For automobile panel stamping die, in order to ensure the stamping quality of automobile panel, the blank holder force must he controlled effectively. Nitrogen spring Pressure tanks system have been explained in detail in this paper is how to ensure the automobile panel stamping process of blank holder force of small, steady increase, i.e., to realize the pressure ratio, the effective control of the security stamping production panel wrinkle and crack system design and specific application of smaller.
