摘　　要：结合大学药学专业里比色皿在紫外分光光度法实验中的应用和经常出现的问题,通过直观法和机试法两种方法详细介绍了不同比色皿的鉴别,且通过实验和数据验证了机试法对比色皿的鉴别;并对比色皿的使用和管理维护两方面进行了一定的探讨,在结合自身工作实践的情况下对使用和管理维护方面提出了相应建议,从而使紫外光度法实验更迅速和顺畅地进行,由此提升了药学专业实验的准确性,并达到了提高教学效果的目的。Combined the application of the cuvette used in UV-VIS spectrophotometric experiment in pharmaceutical specialty in the university with the frequent problems, the identification of different cu- vettes is introduced in detail through intuitive and machine test method. The machine test method in cuvette identification is verified by experiment and data analysis. The usage and management mainte- nance of cuvette are explored and the corresponding suggestions about that are proposed based on per- sonal practice to make the spectrophotometric experiment more quickly and smoothly, whereby the ex- periment accuracy in pharmaceutical specialty would be promoted so as to gain a better teaching result.
