摘　　要：创新型人才培养是人才强国战略的重要组成部分。实验教学示范中心的创建旨在构建有利于培养学生实践能力和创新能力的实验教学环境,实现优质教学资源共享。国家级基础医学实验教学示范中心须秉承"以学生为本"的理念,创建一个实验教学体系完善、实验教学手段先进、实验技术队伍精良、管理机制健全、仪器设备现代化、网络资源丰富的实验教学示范中心,从而提高基础医学的实验教学质量,为培养高素质的医学创新型人才奠定基础。Innovative talent training is an important part of the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development. The aim of setting up experimental teaching center is establishing an ex- perimental teaching environment in favor of developing students practical and innovation ability and re- alizing the sharing of the high quality teaching resource. The National Basic Medical Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center should take the idea of ＂student-based＂, create an experimental dem- onstration center with complete experimental teaching system, advanced experimental methods, excellent experimental techniques, sound management system, modernized equipment, rich online resources, so as to improve the experimental teaching high quality medical innovative talents traininz quality of basic medicine and lay the foundation for
