摘　　要：工程素质的培养内涵在于工程教育理念的凝炼和提升,在于深化工程教育教学改革。结合卓越工程师培养,改革实践教学方法手段和内容,借鉴德国的工程教育体系,探索企业、校内实践基地和学院三者协同机制,旨在培养卓越工程素质的"三元制"工程教育模式,构建贴近产业实际的工程教育平台,使之利于培养适应企业经济发展需求的优秀工程技术人才。Connotation of cultivation of engineering quality is condensation and promotion of engineer- ing education concept and deepening of engineering education and teaching reform. Draw on German engineering education system to explore the ＂ternary system＂ engineering education mode aiming at cultivating excellent engineering quality and form the engineering education platform similar to actual condition of the industry to make it helpful to nurture excellent engineering and technical talents suit- able to development of enterprise and economy.
