基于SWOT与定标比超分析的我国高校图书馆硕士点现状与对策研究

摘　　要：当前我国高校图书馆硕士点应当在研究生培养机制与模式上进行大胆的改革与创新,变被动为主动,转"危"为"机"。文章分析目前我国高校图书馆硕士点生存现状,通过应用SWOT与定标比超两种互补性很强的情报分析方法对我国高校图书馆硕士点进行全面系统的梳理与分析,并提出一系列对策,以期能够找到其改革创新突破点,促进我国高校图书馆硕士点健康运行与良好发展。At present, the master program of library and information science in university libraries of our country should carry out the reform and innovation in the mechanism and mode of the graduate student training, and change the passive to active, turn ＂danger＂ to ＂opportunity＂. This paper analyses the current living situation of the master program in university libraries, and it also analyses the master point of libraries in colleges and universities through the application of SWOT and Benchmarking of two highly complementary information analysis methods comprehensively and systematically. Some are put forward in order to find out the breakthrough point of the reform and innovation, and promote the healthy operation and good development of the master program in university libraries.
