帕利哌酮缓释片与利培酮口服液治疗精神分裂症和分裂样精神病患者临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探索分析应用帕利哌酮缓释片以及利培酮口服液针对精神分裂症以及分裂样精神病患者实施治疗的不同作用和效果。方法:将我院收治的精神分裂症以及分裂样精神病患者作为研究对象开展分组研究,对照组按照常规方式均实施利培酮口服液治疗,研究组实施帕利哌酮缓释片治疗。将临床效果进行对比。结果:完成治疗后,研究组PANSS评分明显低于对照组以及治疗前(P<0.05),PSP评分均明显超过对照组以及治疗前(P<0.05);在不良反应方面,两组相对接近(P>0.05)。结论:针对精神分裂症以及分裂样精神病患者选用帕利哌酮缓释片进行治疗,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,对于促进其预后具有积极意义。Objective：To explore the application of Paley and cefoperazone sustained-release tablets risperidone oral solution for schizophrenia and sehizophreniform psychosis patients with different function and effect of treatment. Comparing the specific clinical effect produced by the. Results：after treatment, the patients in study group of the PANSS score was significantly lower than in the control group and the treatment （P〈0.05） and the score of PSP were dominant before more than in the control group and the treatment （P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate, the two groups is relatively close （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：for schizophrenia and schizophreniform psychosis patients using Paley treatment of cefoperazone sustained-release tablets can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, has positive significance for prognosis.
