生地黄-增液汤对限食后追赶生长大鼠定量胰岛素敏感检测指数的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨生地黄-增液汤干预对限食后追赶生长大鼠定量胰岛素敏感检测指数(QUICKI)的影响,为生地黄-增液汤干预追赶生长提供理论依据。方法:本实验采用双盲对照方式,对20只WINSTAR大鼠先进行追赶生长大鼠的造模,再随机分为安慰剂组和生地黄-增液汤组,观察比较灌胃给药前后,两组独立样本的空腹血糖和空腹胰岛素水平及其QUICKI影响。结果:灌胃给药后生地黄-增液汤组空腹血糖、血清胰岛素明显降低(P<0.05),QUICKI明显升高(P<0.05),与给药前相比差异有统计学意义。安慰剂组无明显变化,与安慰剂组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生地黄-增液汤干预能升高限食后追赶生长大鼠定量胰岛素敏感检测指数(QUICKI),改善其胰岛素抵抗。Objectives：To explore the intervention of Zengye Tang of Radix Rehmanniae on catch-up growth in rats after food restriction quantitative insulin sensitivity check index （QUICKI）,and provide a theoretical basis for catch-up growth after intervention. Methods：In this experiment using double-blind method, for forty WINSTAR rats first catch-up growth in rats modeling, were randomly divided into placebo and balsam pear group. To observe and compare the intragastrie administration before and after, two independent samples of fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin levels and QUICKI shadow ring. Results ： After intragastric administration of Zengye Tang Group fasting blood sugar, serum insulin was significantly lower （P〈0.05）, increase QUICKI （P〈0.05）, a statistically significant difference compared with the prior. No significant change in the placebo group, a statistically significant difference compared with the placebo group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions ：Zengye Tang of Radix Rehmanniae catch-up growth in rats after intervention can increase caloric quantitative insulin sensitivity check index （QUICKI）.
