摘 要:为平衡并行装配过程中生产柔性、制造复杂性和产品多样性之间的矛盾,提出一种基于顾客选择和制造复杂性优化的并行装配系统设计方法。面向所有可能的并行装配系统结构,通过分析并行结构复杂性和细分市场顾客选择产品过程,建立了市场占有率和制造复杂性的多目标优化模型,并提出求解该问题的两层嵌套遗传算法,内层实现当前产品组合的最小制造复杂性产品调度,外层在不同产品组合中搜寻两目标综合表现最优解,以此来评价不同并行装配系统结构设计的优劣。最后结合一个算例验证了该方法的有效性。To balance the complexity and product diversity concurrent assembly system based contradictory among production flexibility, manufacturing in the concurrent assembly process, a design method for on customer choice and manufacturing complexity optimization was proposed. By analyzing the manufacturing complexity evaluation and the process of customers' choice of products, the multi-objective optimization model for the market share of product family and manufacturing complexity was built. Then a nested Genetic Algorithm for solving this kind of problem was proposed to study on all possible structure design solutions, of which the inner hierarchy for solving the scheduling scheme of the minimum manufacturing complexity,and the outer hierarchy for searching the optimal product mix under the given targets. The qualities of these different structure design solutions were evaluated based on these results. The effectiveness of proposed design method was verified by the contrast of numerical examples.
