湖南湘潭某硅钙质胶磷矿浮选试验研究

摘　　要：对湖南湘潭某磷矿矿样进行了选矿试验研究,当原矿P_2O_5品位23.94%,MgO质量分数3.76%,磨矿至-200目质量分数占92.24%时,以磷酸为调整剂,通过选别可获得精矿产率为72.21%、P_2O_5品位为29.11%,MgO质量分数为0.57%、回收率为87.81%的闭路试验结果,所得精矿完全满足工业磷酸的生产要求。Study was carried out on the collophane samples taken from Xiangtan,Hunan in flotation process.The results showed that with P2O5 grade of 23.94% and MgO content3.76%in the raw ore,grinding to- 200 mesh content accounting for 92.24% and with phosphoric acid as adjusting agent,the concentrate with productivity of 72.21%,P2O5 grade 29.11%,MgO grade 0.57% and recovery rate 87.81% could be obtained in the closed circuit test,which would fully meets the requirements for production of industrial phosphoric acid.
