益气健脾补肾法对中晚期恶性肿瘤化疗患者生活质量及毒副反应的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中医益气健脾补肾法对中晚期恶性肿瘤化疗患者生活质量及毒副反应的影响。方法将80例中晚期恶性肿瘤化疗患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,2组均给予常规化疗方案及对症支持治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用自拟益气健脾补肾方治疗,1剂/d,分早晚2次服用。2组疗程均为24周。比较2组生活质量水平及毒副反应情况。结果治疗组缓解率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组中医症状评分、QLQ-C30量表评分改善程度均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05);化疗期间治疗组毒副反应程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中晚期恶性肿瘤化疗期间联用中医益气健脾补肾法治疗可有效提高病情缓解率,改善生活质量,降低相关毒副反应发生率,值得推广应用。Objective It is to observe the influence of supplementing Qi and strengthening spleen and kidney on the quali- ty of life and toxicity of chemotherapy in patients with advanced malignant tumor. Methods 80 cases of patients with advanced malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each, and were given the same treatment of conventional chemotherapy regimen and symptomatic supportive. On this basis, the pa- tients in treatment group were treated with supplementing Qi and strengthening spleen and kidney prescription, 1 doses per day, for 2 times in the morning and evening respectively. The course of treatment was 24 weeks. The quality of life and the level of drug adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The remission rate of the treatment group was signifi- cantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05） ; the improvement of TCM syndrome scores and QLQ - c30 scores in treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group （all P 〈 0.05） ; the degree of various toxic and side effect with chemotherapy of the treatment group were significantly weakened than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Con- clusion The combination of supplementing Qi and strengthening spleen and kidney prescription in the treatment of advanced malignant tumor during chemotherapy can effectively increase the remission rate, improve the quality of life, reduce the inci- dence of adverse drug reactions, it is worth of popularizing and applying.
