艾迪注射液联合化疗方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨艾迪注射液联合化疗方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年1月~2015年12月收治的45例晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象,依据治疗措施的不同分为常规化疗组（20例）和联合治疗组（25例）。常规化疗组采用奥沙利铂与替吉奥治疗,联合治疗组采用奥沙利铂、替吉奥联合艾迪注射液治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、生活质量改善情况、不良反应发生率。结果联合治疗组的总缓解率为52%,显著高于常规化疗组的30%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。联合治疗组的生活质量改善率显著高于常规化疗组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。联合治疗组的白细胞减少、血小板减少、血红蛋白降低、恶心呕吐、腹泻发生率显著低于常规化疗组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论艾迪注射液联合化疗方案治疗晚期胃癌效果显著,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 45 patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected and divided into the conventional chemotherapy group（20 patients） and the combined treatment group（25 patients） according to different treatment measures.The conventional chemotherapy group was treated with oxaliplatin and tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium,and the combined treatment group was treated with oxaliplatin,tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium combined with Aidi injection.The clinical efficacy,improvement of quality of life and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups was compared. Results The total remission rate in the combined treatment group was 52%,which was higher than 30% in the conventional chemotherapy group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The improvement rate of quality of life in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the conventional chemotherapy group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of leukocyte decrement,platelet decrement,hemoglobin reduction,nausea and vomiting,and diarrhea in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the conventional chemotherapy group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer is significant,the incidence rate of adverse reaction is low,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
