帕罗西汀联合复方丹参片治疗血管性抑郁的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨帕罗西汀联合复方丹参片治疗血管性抑郁的临床效果。方法选取2014年2月~2015年2月我院收治的80例血管性抑郁患者,随机将其分为单用帕罗西汀治疗组（单用组）40例和帕罗西汀联合复方丹参片治疗组（联用组）40例,疗程8周,分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和药物不良反应量表（TESS）评价两组临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗8周后,两组HAMD评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;两组之间有效率及HAMD总分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;联用组和单用组不良反应发生率分别为44.74%和50.00%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论帕罗西汀联合复方丹参片治疗血管性抑郁的安全性高,且起效较快。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Paroxetine combined with Compound Danshen Tablet in the treatment of vascular depression. Methods 80 patients with vascular depression after cerebral infarction from February 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into single Paroxefine group（single group,n=40） and Compound Danshen Tablet combined with Paroxefine group（combined therapy group,n=40）,the treatment course was 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy and the adverse reactions in two groups were measured by the hamilton depression scale（HAMD） and the treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS）. Results After 8 weeks treatment,the HAMD scores of both groups were better than those before treatment（P〈0.01）.In addition,the effect rate and HAMD scores of combined therapy group was remarkably better than the single group（P 〈0.01）.The incidence of adverse effect in combined therapy group was44.74%,and the control group was 50.00%,there was no statistical difference in the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Paroxefine combined with Compound Danshen Table in the treatment of vascular depression is safer than single Paroxetine with fast effect.
