摘　　要：本文从英语听说机考的实验和验证出发,在充分考虑安全保密、全局控制和方便实施等几个方面因素的要求下,设计了基于网络的英语听说机考方案,并与其他相似的机考项目进行比较分析。基于网络的听说机考系统既可以确保涉密数据安全,又可以实现快速部署和全局安全监控,适合大规模、高利害性考试的应用,同时为将来实现在线考试和计算机智能评卷奠定基础。To experiment with and verify the computer-based issues of test security and overall control of test administration tests, this article makes a plan for the internet-based En quick deployment and overall security monitoring, the applicable for large-scale and high-stakes use and lays a which are possible in the future. listening and speaking test, after fully considering and comparing with other similar computer-based glish listening and speaking test.
