摘　　要：在2016年＂两会＂上,全国人大代表彭琳提议修改＂节假日免收小客车高速费＂政策,将其改为＂在重大节假日对7座以上的客运车辆免收通行费,同步降低票价,而其他车辆正常收取车辆通行费。＂这样既鼓励更多人选择公共交通工具出行,又能让中低收入者也能享受到这一政策福利,更加体现公平合理。＂This is a special column for owners of all kinds of commercial vehicle to exchange views and publicize their opinions.
