摘  要:为开发新型的天然烟用香料,利用甲醇提取了金莲花糖苷,对其在300、600和900℃下的热裂解行为进行了PyGC/MS研究,并进行了金莲花糖苷的卷烟加香试验。结果表明:(1)在3个温度下分别鉴定出29、26和28种挥发性热裂解产物,主要有2,3-丁二酮、糠醛、2-甲基丁酸、愈创木酚、对乙烯基愈创木酚、二氢猕猴桃内酯、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、亚油酸、麦芽酚、紫丁香醇等致香成分;(2)金莲花糖苷具有改善和修饰卷烟烟气、减轻刺激性的作用。In order to develop a new natural cigarette flavor, glycosides ofTrollius Chinensis Bunge was extracted with methanol, then its pyrolytic behavior was investigated by Py - GC/MS at 300℃, 600℃ and 900℃, respectively, also, the applications of the glycosides in cigarette flavoring were studied. The results showed that:① 29, 26 and 28 kinds of components were identified in its pyrolytic products at 300℃, 600℃ and 900℃, respectively. The characteristic aroma components included 2, 3 - butanedione, furfural, 2 - methyl - butanoic acid, 2 - methoxy phenol, 2 - methoxy - 4 - vinylphenol, 5,6,7,7a - tetrahydro - 4,4,7a - trimethyl - 2 (4H) - benzofuranone, tetradecanoic acid,n - hexadecanoic acid, (Z,Z) - 9, 12 - octadecadienoic acid, maltol, 2,6 - dimethoxy phenol, and so on.② The glycosides ofTrollius Chinensis Bunge can improve and modify the cigarette smoke and reduce its stimulant effect.
