摘  要:目的探讨印记位点调节样因子(BORIS)及细胞周期素D1(Cyclin D1)在上皮性卵巢癌发生发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化S-P染色法,检测上皮性卵巢癌、卵巢良性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织石蜡切片中BORIS与Cyclin D1蛋白的表达情况。结果 BORIS及Cyclin D1蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌组中的表达水平均高于对照组及卵巢良性肿瘤组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);BORIS和Cyclin D1蛋白的表达与上皮性卵巢癌的临床分期及病理分级有关(P<0.05);BORIS和Cyclin D1蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌中的阳性表达正相关(r=0.582,P<0.05)。结论 BORIS蛋白可能通过调控细胞周期参与上皮性卵巢癌的发生发展。Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of BORIS and CyclinD1 in epithelial ovarian cancer devel-opment. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to examine the expression of BORIS and CyclinD1 in paraffin sections of epithelial ovarian cancer,benign ovarian epithelial tumor and normal ovarian tissue. Results The expression of BORIS and Cy-clinD1 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma were higher than those in normal ovarian tissues and benign ovarian tumor(P〈0. 05). The ex-pression of BORIS and CyclinD1 was related to pathological grade and clinical stage of ovarian cancer. The expression of BORIS and CyclinD1 was positive correlated in epithelial ovarian cancer(r=0. 582,P〈0. 05). Conclusion BORIS may induce the progression of epithelial ovarian cancer by regulating the cell cycle.
