摘　　要：目的:调查临床本科实习生对岗前培训效果的评价,以改进岗前培训的课程设置。方法:以匿名的形式,对240名来院实习的医学本科生进行问卷调查。结果:岗前培训结束后,83%的学生认为安排岗前培训非常必要,93.6%的学生认为培训合理,68.3%的学生认为岗前培训对树立实习信心有较大帮助,66.2%的学生建议增加临床技能操作学时,13.2%的学生建议增加中医基本操作。结论:岗前培训需要增加临床技能操作培训学时,有针对性开设中医内容培训,提高培训质量。Objective：To investigate the evaluation of training effect of pre-practice training on medical undergraduates, to improve the training courses. Methods：A anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted for 240 intern medical undergraduates. Results：After the training, 83% of the medical undergraduates identified the pre-practice training very necessary;93. 6% of the medical undergraduates identified the pre-practice training reasonable;68. 3% of the students thought the pre-practice training had great help to build up their confidence in the internship;66. 2% of the students proposed increasing clinical skills training;13. 2% of the students proposed increasing basic operation training of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion：It＇s a need to increase the clinical skills training class and basic operation training of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the quality of training.
