我国女子铁饼运动员苏欣悦投掷技术的运动学分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料、访谈和影片拍摄等方法,对女子铁饼运动员苏欣悦的完整投掷技术进行分析。研究结果表明,苏欣悦的旋转技术类型属后速型,与其他优秀女子铁饼运动员相比,完整技术用时略长,其中以第一单支撑阶段用时长最为明显;在旋转过程中,苏欣悦对器械的掌控较好,拉引角变化幅度较小,器械加速十分明显。但肩髋角在腾空阶段出现了缩小趋势,并在转换阶段出现了较为明显的代偿;在转换阶段中左脚着地瞬间,苏欣悦左膝弯曲幅度较大,并在最后用力阶段出现了较大幅度的蹬伸;苏欣悦的出手角度略小,出手速度与世界级优秀运动员还存在差距。在器械出手瞬间,其双腿髋、膝、踝关节的蹬伸较为充分,"左侧支撑"较为稳固。Using document literature,interview and film shooting,the paper analyses female discus thrower Su Xinyue’s full process of throwing skills.It shows that Su’s spinning skill belongs to later speeding up type.Compared with other elite female players,her complete time of finishing skills is a little longer,among which the first stage of supporting is the most obvious.In the process of spin-ning,Su has a good control of instrument,with the small range-ability pulling angle that makes in-strument a clear speed up.But in the rising process,it shows the trend of declining.What’s more, it shows compensation in the switch process,among which at the point of her left foot touching down,her left knee’s curving range is large.At the final force stage,it appears wide range pedal and stretch.The angle at the point of leaving her hand is a little bit small,and the leaving speed still has the gap with the top players in the world.At the moment of instrument leaving,her legs,hip,knees and ankle joints have the adequate pedal and stretch,and her“left supporting”is steady.
