摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化的不断推进,现有的高等教育体制受到了多方面的影响,生源质量的问题受到重视。生源质量影响着高校教学质量和人才培养的质量,在生源争夺战中,地方本科院校面临着更为激烈的竞争。本文从影响高考考生填报志愿的因素着手,分析了考生择校心态、高校招生宣传机制、高校招生宣传举措等内容,提出了提高地方本科院校生源质量的一些对策。With the popularization of higher education in China, current higher education sys- tem is influenced by many aspects and enrollment quality has been paid attention to. Teach- ing quality and talents training are both influenced by enrollment quality. In the competition of student source, local colleges are facing more challenges. Based on the factors which af- fect a high school graduate＇s choice, this paper analyzes the high school students~ psychol- ogy in college selection, the enrollment publicity mechanism of colleges and universities, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for local colleges.
