摘　　要：在信息化时代，翻转课堂作为新兴的教学模式和教学手段为职业指导课程的创新和发展提供了新的契机，它将学习的决定权从教师转移给学生，课堂成为了讨论分析、答疑解惑、深入学习的场所。这种教学模式，将大大提高职业指导的有效性。In the information age, flipped classroom, as a new teaching mode and teaching methods for the innovation and development of career guidance curriculum, provides new opportunity. The study of decision is shifted from the teachers to the students. The classroom has become the places of analysis, FAQ, in-depth study and discussion. This teaching mode will greatly improve the effectiveness of career guidance.
