摘　　要：在国家产业升级转型和劳动力总量下降的背景下，农民工实现新型城镇化要具备产业升级换代所需要的基本技能和综合素质，能够在城里找到工作，融入和适应城镇社会，实现在城市的生存和发展，教育培训是实现这个目标的基本手段。本文在新型城镇化背景下研究农民工教育需求，对相关部门制定科学的政策促进农民工市民化具有重要意义。Under the background of the national industrial upgrading and the transition of workforce, it needs basic skills and comprehensive quality to achieve a new urbanization for peasant-worker. To adapt to urban society, realize in the survival and development of the city, Education and training is the basic means for peasant-worker finding a job in the city. This paper studies peasant workers＇ education needs and it is of great significance for the relevant departments to formulate scientific policy to promote the urbanization of the peasant-worker.
