摘  要:【目的】控制贮藏期马铃薯发芽来提高种薯质量和节约贮藏成本.【方法】采用以‘大西洋和夏波蒂’2个品种的微型薯为材料,在4、10、20℃3种不同贮藏条件下贮藏120 d后,统计发芽率,测定块茎内赤霉素(GA3)、脱落酸(ABA)和生长素(IAA)含量.【结果】随着贮藏温度的降低,马铃薯发芽率显著下降,在4℃贮藏条件下,夏波蒂与大西洋的ABA含量分别为119ng/g和143ng/g,而在20℃和10℃贮藏条件下,检测不到ABA.GA3含量也随着贮藏温度的降低显著下降,在4℃贮藏条件下,‘夏波蒂’和‘大西洋’的GA3含量分别低于20℃贮藏条件下66%和58%;在4℃贮藏条件下,夏波蒂和大西洋IAA含量分别低于20℃贮藏条件下83%和86%;【结论】ABA是抑制马铃薯发芽的主要激素因素.在此基础上配制以ABA结合H2O2的抑芽剂,并使用该抑芽剂对大西洋和夏波蒂微型薯进行抑芽,测定施用抑芽剂后的內源激素含量.结果表明ABA∶H2O2(3%)∶C2H5OH(5%)=0.1g∶0.1L∶0.9L配比下施用的发芽率下降幅度最大,ABA含量最高,GA3和IAA含量最低,为良好的抑芽剂配方.[Objective] Controlling sprout of storage potato can improve the quality of seed potato and save storage cost. [Method] In this experiment, the microtubers of two potato varieties, Atlantic and Shep- ody were used as experimental materials. The contents of endogenous phytohormones GA3, IAA and ABA in minitubers of two cultivars were determined during storage for 120 d at three temperatures (4 ℃, 10 ℃ and 20℃). [Result] The germination rate was reduced greatly along with the storage temperature decrea- sing in two cultivars. The ABA content of Shepody and Atlantic were 119 ng/g and 143 ng/g at 4 ℃ stor- age temperature,respectively. However,the content of ABA was not detected at 20℃ and 10 ℃ storage. The content of GA3 reduced along with the storage temperature decreasing. The GA3 content in Shepody and Atlantic were decreased by 66% and 58% under 20℃ storage conditions,respectively. The content of IAA in Shepody and Atlantic decreased by 83% and 86% under 20 ℃ storage conditions,respectively. The present results indicated that the endogenous phytohormones ABA was the main hormone factors to inhibit the germination rate of the potato tuber. The inhibitor of tuber sprouting were deployed on the basis of ABA with He Oe and were used to treat the minitubers. [Conclusion] The results show that the lowest ger- mination rate were observed under the ABA:H2O2 (3%): C2H5OH (5%)=0. 1 g'0. 1 L:0. 9 L, and the content of ABA was highest, the content of GA3 and IAA were the lowest. The result suggested that the changes in the level of dynamic balance of endogenous phytohormones GA3, IAA and ABA in minitubers were affected by the storage period and temperature.
