摘 要:【目的】初步探讨生物柴油含量对混配物物性参数的影响规律.【方法】以甘肃产胡麻油为原料,研究了胡麻油生物柴油与0#柴油混配物的密度、黏度、冷滤点、凝点和闪点等性质.【结果】混配物的密度与胡麻油生物柴油在混配物中的体积分数呈线性关系;混配物的运动黏度可用公式ln(υρ)=v1ln(υ1ρ1)+v2ln(υ2ρ2)预测;随着混配物中胡麻油生物柴油体积分数的增加,冷滤点和凝点依次降低;当胡麻油生物柴油体积分数在0~50%之间时,闪点随着生物柴油体积分数的增加而缓慢增加,当大于50%后,闪点大幅增加.【结论】为胡麻油生物柴油的研究和应用提供理论基础.[Objective] To discuss influence of biodiesel ratio on the blends properties. [Method] With flax oil produced from Gansu province as materials,the properties of flax oil biodiesel and its blends with 0 # diesel,such as density, viscosity, cold filter plug point, solidifying point and flash point were studied. [Result] A linear relationship was reserved the density the volume fraction of biodiesel. The viscosity of blends could be predicted by a formula lnη=φl lnη+ φ2lnη2. The cold filter plug point and solidifying point of blends decreased with the increase of the volume fraction of biodiesel. The flash point increased slowly with the increase of the volume fraction of biodiesel when the volume fraction of biodiesel was below 50 %, whereas it increased sharply when the volume fraction was above 50%. [Conclusion] The results will pro- vide theoretical basis for the research and al3plication of the flax oil biodiesel.
