摘 要:将基于Homeplug Green Phy协议的宽带电力线载波技术应用于智能用电系统,提出了一种遵循智能用电原则的高速载波集抄方案,并将该方案运用于南方电网云南省昆明供电局呈贡农网5个远程集抄试点。试点运行结果表明:基于宽带电力线载波技术的远程集抄系统,可实现"分钟组网、秒级抄表"应用效果。采集规模最大的集抄台区——洛龙村的170块智能电能表的当前正向有功信息,平均仅耗时4 s,成功率97%以上。使台区的集抄实时性、采集成功率实现了质的飞跃,为智能用电系统的功能扩展和业务推广奠定了坚实的基础。In order to construct a smart power-using grid with the characteristics of high speed and real-time,and encourage power users and grid company to participate in interactive services,an information collection system is developed. A novel strategy named broadband power line carrier communication based on Homeplug Green Phy protocol is utilized in remote meter reading system. A high speed carrier meter reading scheme abode by smart power utilization is proposed and applied to 5 Kunming rural remote metering pilots. Pilot result certifies that the metering system based on broadband power line carrier can achieve the function of " minute networking,seconds metering". Collecting the current positive active data of 170 smart meters in Luolong village only takes 4 seconds on average,with success rate up to97%. It will render a qualitative leap for real-time and success rate for metering and lay a foundation for function development and service promotion for smart power-using system.
