摘　　要：地方本科院校在向应用技术型高校转型过程中,建设凸显地方性、工程性特色的实验室,对培养应用型工程技术人才起着至关重要的作用。台州学院在材料科学与工程专业实验室建设过程中,从地方高校在工程技术教育面临的实际问题出发,立足学校"地方性、应用性"的办学定位,提出"一队、双能、四平台、四层次、多元化"的实验室建设目标,通过创建对接地方产业需求的实验室,在实验教学体系、硬件设施、规章制度和师资队伍等方面作了大胆的探索与实践,为提升应用型人才的培养质量,培养与地方产业紧密对接的材料工程应用技术人才提供了较好的平台,取得了明显的成效,具有一定的示范作用。In the process of transition of undergraduate colleges to applied technology colleges,constructing laboratories with the local and engineering characteristics plays a vital role in the cultivation of applied engineering and technical talents. Based on running orientation of ＂local,applied＂university,in the process of construction of material science and engineering laboratory,Taizhou university started from the practical problems of local colleges and universities in engineering and technology education,put forward laboratory building goal of＂a team,dual energy,four platforms,four levels,pluralism＂. By the creation of laboratories docking the needs of the local industry,Taizhou university made the bold exploration and practice in the aspects of experimental teaching system,hardware facilities,rules and regulations and teachers troop,and provided a better platform for improving the training quality of applied talents and culturing material engineering and technical personnel closely docking local industry. These measures have achieved remarkable results and has a certain exemplary role.
