摘　　要：本文先介绍糖皮质激素及其受体在肝衰竭发生与发展中的作用;然后介绍糖皮质激素通过抑制免疫应答而阻止原发性肝损伤、内毒素/TNFα等细胞因子介导的继发性肝损伤的机制;最后介绍糖皮质激素增强肝细胞保护、阻止肝细胞死亡的机制。Firstly, the role of glucocorticoids and its receptor in the development and progress of liver failure were reviewed. Secondly, the mechanisms of glucocorticoids in preventing primary liver injury via inhibition of immune response and scondary liver injury induced by endotoxins and TNFα were introduced. Finally, the mechanisms of glucocorticoids in enhancing hepatoprotection and preventing hepatocytes death were reviewed.
