重庆地区消化内科医师对《炎症性肠病诊断与治疗的共识意见(2012年·广州)》知晓情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解重庆地区消化内科临床医师对《炎症性肠病诊断与治疗的共识意见(2012年·广州)》(简称《广州共识》)的了解掌握情况。方法 2015年4月-2015年5月,对重庆市54家医院的327名消化内科临床医师进行问卷调查。结果 327名临床医师中,基本了解《广州共识》的有244名(74.6%),其中对住院医师、主治医师、副主任医师和主任医师的分析中,住院医师对《广州共识》知晓程度较差(P=0.000)。临床医师对《广州共识》中关于炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)诊断与治疗相关知识掌握明显不足,与溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)相比,临床医师对克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)的诊断治疗知识了解更加不足(P=0.000)。接受调查的临床医师中,62.4%的医师对粪菌移植(fecal microbiota transplant,FMT)这项技术基本了解,其中95.1%的医师赞同将其用于IBD患者的治疗。结论重庆地区消化内科医师对《广州共识》掌握尚显不足,对此进行系统、全面、持续、有针对性的《广州共识》学习培训十分必要。临床医师对FMT用于IBD的治疗表现出浓厚的兴趣。Objective To investigate the application status of Consensus on Diagnosis and Management of Inflamma- tory Bowel Disease （Guangzhou, 2012 ） （abbreviated form： Guangzhou Consensus） in gastroenterologic doctors in Chongqing. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out among 327 gastroenterologic doctors from 54 hospitals in Chongqing from Apr. to May. in 2015 to understand the application status of Guangzhou Consensus. The data were ana- lyzed. Results Of all, 244 doctors （74.6%） had a general understanding of the Guangzhou Consensus, for which the resident physicians had a relative poor understanding （P = 0. 000） , and the physicians had obvious insufficient under- standing on diagnosis and therapy of inflammatory bowel disease （ IBD）. The physicians knew less about the diagnosis and therapy of Crohn＇ s disease （CD） in comparison with ulcerative colitis （ UC, P =0. 000）. About 62.4% of the doctors basically mastered the knowledge on fecal mierobiota transplant （FMT） and 95.1% of them agreed with application of FMT in clinical treatment of IBD. Conclusion Insufficient understanding and application of Guangzhou Consensus in gastroenterologic doctors in Chongqing indicate that systematic, comprehensive, sustained and targeted training on Guangzhou Consensus is quite essential. It is acceptable for use of FMT in treatment of IBD.
