摘　　要：缺血性肠病(ischemic bowel disease,IBD)是临床上较为少见的疾病,因缺乏特异性的临床表现常被误诊,导致病情危重甚至死亡。而该病早期诊治常直接影响到疾病的预后。本文报道1例右结肠动脉栓塞致右半结肠坏死,早期经内镜检查确诊后手术治疗治愈。Isehemic bowel disease （IBD） is a rare clinical disease, it is often misdiagnosed because of lackness of specificity of clinical presentation in a critical condition and even death. Early diagnosis and treatment often directly affect the prognosis of this disease. This paper reported one case of right colon artery embolism results in right-side colon necrosis.
