摘 要:目的比较替牙期单侧完全性唇腭裂(UCLP)病儿裂隙侧与非裂隙侧髁突皮质骨和松质骨的骨密度,为研究UCLP病儿的髁突发育及功能提供参考。方法利用锥形束CT(CBCT)测量未行正畸治疗及牙槽嵴裂隙植骨术的20例8~12岁替牙期UCLP病儿双侧髁突皮质骨和松质骨的骨密度,并对两侧密度进行比较。结果替牙期UCLP病儿裂隙侧和非裂隙侧髁突皮质骨的平均密度分别为(427.87±87.61)和(448.82±96.22)Hu,松质骨的平均密度分别为(329.95±80.10)和(332.49±117.44)Hu,两侧比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论替牙期UCLP病儿裂隙侧与非裂隙侧髁突皮质骨和松质骨密度均无明显差异。Objective To compare the bone density of condylar cortical and cancellous bone between cleft side and non cleft side in patients with unilateral cleft lip and palate (UCLP) in mixed dentition period, and provide reference for the study of condylar development and function in UCLP patients. Methods Employing CBCT, the bone density of condylar cortical and me dullary bone in 20 patients with UCLP 8 12 years of age, untreated with orthodontic treatment and alveolar bone grafting-in mixed dentition period were measured. The bone density between cleft side and noncleft side was compared. Results The mean cortical bone density of cleft side and noncleft side was (427.87±87.61) and (448.82±96.22) Hu, respectively,and the mean medullary bone density was (329.95±80.10) and (332.49± 117.44) Hu, the difference in bone density between the two sides was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion In mixed dentition period, the differences in bone density of condylar cortical and medullary bone between cleft side and noncleft side are not significant.
