感觉统合失调儿童静动态平衡功能的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨感觉统合失调儿童在静止和运动状态下调整和控制身体重心稳定和姿势平衡的能力,为定量判定感觉统合失调儿童平衡功能的异常程度提供理论依据。方法应用平衡功能测试仪,对51例感觉统合失调和47例正常儿童的静态、动态平衡功能指标进行测试,比较两组儿童静态平衡指标（平均重心位移、摆动面积、摆动长度、Romberg测试面积值、Romberg测试长度值）和动态平衡指标（稳定性极限值、圆周稳定指数、平均长度误差及负重偏差）的差异。结果感觉统合失调儿童静态平衡功能指标的摆动面积、摆动长度、闭眼状态下横轴平均重心位移较正常儿童增高,差异有显著性（t=2.066~4.618,P〈0.05）。感觉统合失调儿童动态平衡功能指标的稳定极限值、圆周稳定指数、横轴平均长度误差较正常儿童降低,差异有显著意义（t=2.362~3.998,P〈0.05）。结论感觉统合失调儿童与正常儿童静、动态平衡功能存在较大差异,应制定针对性治疗计划进行干预。Objective To explore the ability to adjust and control the stability of the centre of body weight and postural balance, in stationary and moving state, in children with sensory integrative dysfunction （SID）, so as to provide a theoretical foun dation for quantitative evaluation of abnormal degree of balance function in children with this condition. Methods Employing balance functioning tester, the static and dynamic balance function indexes were detected in 51 SID children and 47 normal children. The static balance indexes-mean center of gravity displacement, swing area, swing length, Romberg test area, and Romberg test length and the dynamic balance indexes-stability limit, circumferential stability index, average length error, and weight--bearing deviation-between the two groups were compared. Results The static balance function indexes in the sick children were higher than that in the healthy children, the differences being significant （t=2.066-4.618,P〈0.05）. The dynamic balance function indexes in the SID children were significantly lower than that in the normal children （t=2.362-3.998,P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are great differences in static and dynamic balance function among normal children and children with sensory integrative dysfunction. A targeted therapy program should be developed for children suffering from this illness.
