瘦素系统在胃癌组织表达及与临床病理特征关系

摘　　要：目的探讨瘦素系统在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法,检测54例胃癌及其癌旁组织瘦素及瘦素受体的表达,分析其与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。结果胃癌和癌旁组织中瘦素的表达阳性率分别为81.48%、59.26%,瘦素受体的表达阳性率分别为77.77%、62.96%,二者在胃癌和癌旁组织中的表达差异有显著性（u=4.320、2.436,P〈0.05）。瘦素及其受体在胃癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的临床分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关（u=2.787~5.709,P〈0.05）,而与肿瘤位置、性别、体质量指数、肿瘤分化程度无关。结论瘦素及其受体在胃癌的发生发展及侵袭转移过程中可能发挥重要作用,二者或可作为胃癌病人的预后判断指标。Objective To explore the expressions of leptin and leptin receptor in gastric carcinoma （GC） and their significance. Methods The expressions of leptin and leptin receptor were detected in 54 cases of GC and its para-carcinoma （PC） tissue using immunohistochemical staining, the relationship between the expressions and the features of clinicopathology was analyzed. Results The positive rate of leptin in GC was 81.48%, while in PC tissue was 59.26%, and the positive rate of leptin in GC was 77.7 % and that in PC was 62.96%, the differences in the expressions in GC and PC were significant （u=4.320,2.436;P〈0.05）. The expressions of leptin and its receptor in GC tissue were correlated with clinical stage, depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis （u=2.787-5.709,P〈0.05）, and not correlated with gender, BMI and tumor cell differentiation. Conclusion Leptin and leptin receptor may play an important role in the development and invasion of gastric carcinoma. The expressions of Leptin and its receptor can probably be used to predict the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
